Washoe School District in Reno Joins Council

Washoe County School District in Reno, Nevada recently joined the Council of the Great City Schools, increasing the organization’s membership to 76 public urban school systems.
The Washoe County School District is led by Interim Superintendent Kristen McNeill and serves more than 60,000 students, making it the second largest school system in the state.
