Council of the Great City Schools

The Michael Casserly Urban Executive Leadership Institute for Superintendents—named after the organization’s former executive director— is training a diverse group of current and aspiring superintendents to successfully lead large urban school systems. Headed by Michael Hinojosa, the Council’s Superintendent-in-Residence, the Institute is designed to prepare the next generation of urban school leaders.
