    Aligning Formative and/or Benchmark Assessments to the CCSS for ELA literacy and Math
     
    The Council of Great City Schools in partnership with Student Achievement Partners and the Council of Chief State School Officers hosted a webinar on March 19, 2013 dedicated to providing high-level guidance on aligning interim/benchmark assessments to the Common Core State Standards (CCSS). Over 230 leaders of assessments from 46 states participated in the webinar.
     
    In the recorded webinar, Student Achievement Partners team members explain the three shifts called for by the Standards in ELA/literacy and mathematics and their implications for interim/benchmark assessments. They also introduce the CCSS Draft Rubric for Interim/Benchmark Assessment in ELA/literacy and Mathematics, which are also posted here.
