In order to support male teachers of color, Boston Public Schools has created the Male Educators of Color Executive Coaching Program to provide one-on-one coaching and networking opportunities throughout the year.  The coaching program partners retired and current male teachers of color to provide practical advice and professional support in an effort to retain and recruit teachers that reflect the student body.
