Under limited supervision, plans, organizes and directs the Transportation Department, including strategic planning and management oversight of student transportation, transportation technology systems, bus safety training, technical and financial reporting, and fleet maintenance operations.

Directs the administration of the Budget Services and Financial Planning Division by planning, organizing, directing, and reviewing the District functions of budget planning and administration and financial services for schools.
Performs pest management work and assists in the planning, coordinating, scheduling, and execution of pest management activities, and may provide work direction to the District’s Pest Management Technicians.
An IT Solutions Architect designs, develops, and oversees IT architectural cloud, security, collaboration, network, applications or data solutions for an IT Branch in alignment with business goals, technical requirements, and District strategic plans.
An Associate IT Solutions Architect assists an IT Solutions Architect with major activities related to the design and development of IT architectural solutions.
- Conducts site safety audits of work methods for improper procedures, checks equipment and facilities for hazardous conditions, and recommends corrective actions as required by agencies.
- Investigates compliance with legal mandates pertaining to safety, compliance programs, and fire prevention.
- Conducts environmental compliance inspections and audits.
- Prepares written recommendations for the elimination of unsafe acts or hazardous conditions to comply with applicable laws.

The primary role of the Homeless Education Liaison (McKinney Vento) Liaison is to ensure that City Schools and its partners identify and enroll children and youth experiencing homelessness and provide such children and youth with a full and equal opportunity to success in school.
